| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article présente une réflexion sur les limites entre espace de recherche et espace d’accompagnement psychologique dans le contexte de la maladie grave. Ces questionnements sont apparus lors d’une recherche qualitative longitudinale et se fondent sur les demandes exprimées par les personnes en attente d’une greffe d’organe. Différents espaces de paroles ont été mentionnés (institutionnel, médical, familial). Tous sont importants, mais ils ne répondent pas aux besoins d’un espace protégé et non-évaluatif où les émotions négatives et les questionnements existentiels peuvent être exprimés librement. La nécessité de créer une relation privilégiée avec une personne à l’écoute, présente longitudinalement (dans le parcours de la transplantation) et transversalement (entre les différents espaces de soins et de parole) a été soulignée. |

| Summary, etc. | The article presents considerations about the limits between research and psychological support in the context of a serious illness. These reflections appeared when conducting a qualitative longitudinal research and are grounded in the requests expressed in semi-structured interviews conducted in persons awaiting transplantation. Various spaces of speech were mentioned as being available (institutional, medical, significant ones), but these spaces were not always appropriate or responding to their expectations. The expressed requests underlined the importance of having a protected, non-evaluative space, where existential questionings, doubts, and negative emotions could freely be expressed. The necessity of finding an adapted person was reported, who would accompany the ill person longitudinally (along the path of transplantation) and transversally (through different healthcare structures and speech spaces). |
