| Summary, etc. | In the sparse literature dedicated to the marital dynamics of drug addict subjects, several specific aspects are highlighted: sexual differentiation, domestic triad structures but also the investment of the drug as the “founding myth” of the couple. The article seeks to highlight, in couples following substitution treatment, how the arrival of a child is the source of intense upheaval, especially due to the sudden reintroduction of sexual differentiation. Using exploratory clinical interviews with couples, a corporeal and psychical break-in experience at the time of their first child’s birth is revealed. The reorganization of domestic dynamics is observed with an inability to continue married life sexually and confusion in parental roles. |
