| Summary, etc. | L’informatique joue un rôle croissant dans l’évolution de nos sociétés, mais les femmes sont largement sous-représentées dans ces métiers depuis plusieurs décennies. Ce phénomène est analysé par les chercheures féministes comme le résultat de processus d’exclusion ou d’auto-exclusion. Cependant, certaines universités ont obtenu de façon pérenne une représentation quasi paritaire dans les filières informatiques. L’objectif de l’article est de relire ces actions à la lumière de la notion d’inclusion sociale et de proposer un cadre qui permet de penser l’inclusion des femmes dans le monde professionnel de l’informatique comme un changement de culture et de pratiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Information Technology is playing an increasingly important role in how our societies develop, but women have been largely under-represented in jobs in this field for several decades. This phenomenon has been analysed by feminist researchers as being the result of processes of exclusion or self-exclusion. However, some universities have succeeded in achieving sustainable rates of near-equal representation in IT studies. The aim of this article is to analyze these actions with the concept of social inclusion, and to elaborate a framework that might allow us to think about the inclusion of women in the professional IT world as constituting a change in culture and practices. |

| Summary, etc. | La informática juega un papel creciente en la evolución de nuestras sociedades, pero las mujeres son ampliamente infra-representadas en estas profesiones desde varias décadas. Este fenómeno es analizado por las investigadoras feministas como el resultado de un proceso de exclusión o de auto exclusión. Sin embargo, ciertas universitarias han obtenido de forma permanente una representación casi paritaria en las carreras informáticas. El objetivo del artículo es releer esas acciones a la luz de la noción de inclusión social y de proponer un marco que permita pensar la inclusión de las mujeres en el mundo profesional de la informática como un cambio de cultura y de prácticas. |
