| Summary, etc. | RésuméIl existe des traits consensuellement attribués à chacun des sexes. Dans cette recherche, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’attribution de ces traits stéréotypiquement sexués à des cibles masculines et féminines présentées dans des contextes professionnels contre-stéréotypés. Nous avons aussi mesuré la perception de la normalité des situations et la perception de la compétence des cibles. Les principaux résultats montrent que l’attribution des traits stéréotypés dépend plus du contexte que du sexe de la cible. Ils montrent aussi que les situations contre-stéréotypées sont sujettes à un fort biais de désirabilité sociale notamment celles à propos de la cible féminine. En outre, cette dernière est la seule dont la perception des compétences soit corrélée à l’attribution des traits. |

| Summary, etc. | There are traits which are consensually ascribed to each sex. In this research, we work on the attribution of these stereotypical traits of sex to masculine and feminine target in counter-stereotypic contexts. We value the perception of the normality of the situation and the perception of the competence of the target too. The main results show that the attribution of stereotypical traits is more linked by the context than by the sex of the target. And that the counter-stereotypical situations are influenced by the social desirability, in particular, these about the feminine target. The perception of the competence is correlated to the attribution of traits only for the feminine target. |
