Les valeurs de ces biomarqueurs ont également un impact sur la prise en charge thérapeutique des patients. Ces aspects, ainsi que notre expérience comme centre référent national, sont décrits dans cette brève mise au point. |

| Summary, etc. | Leptin and adiponectin are two adipokines currently used as biomarkers for diagnostic orientation and phenotyping in syndromes of lipodystrophy and severe insulin resistance.
