| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes restructurations actuelles posent de façon renouvelée la question des relations des grandes entreprises aux territoires. L’observation des politiques d’implication locale conduites par plusieurs groupes permet de conforter l’idée que l’investissement durable dans les territoires peut constituer un moyen efficient d’accompagnement du redéploiement des entreprises. Notre hypothèse est que ces politiques sont propres à assurer une meilleure articulation des groupes avec leur environnement. Dépassant les frontières de la firme, elles soutiennent une dynamique d’échange en réseau, fondée sur l’établissement de coopérations avec les acteurs locaux. Ainsi, les groupes pourraient renforcer leur réactivité tout en minimisant les risques de déstabilisation de leurs liens avec les territoires. Ces politiques se présenteraient comme des réponses adaptées aux enjeux du monde économique actuel. En effet, la mondialisation s’accompagne paradoxalement d’un renouveau du niveau local comme espace de nouvelles formes de coordination. |

| Summary, etc. | The current restructuring poses the issue of corporate groups’ relationships with the territories. The observation of local involvement policies conducted by several large firms reinforces the idea that sustainable investment in the territories can be an effective means of supporting corporate redeployment. Our hypothesis being that these policies can enssure a better articulation between corporate groups and their environment. Surpassing the boundaries of the company itself, they support dynamic network-based exchanges, based on the establishment of cooperative actions with local players. In such a way, groups may strengthen their reactivity, while minimizing the risks of destabilizing their relationships with the territories. These policies could be understood as an adapted answer to current issues of business world. Paradoxically, globalization goes along with a renewal of local levels, which are becoming locations for new forms of coordination. |
