| Summary, etc. | Le rôle de l’écosystème entrepreneurial dans la phase en amont de la création d’entreprise est un sujet bien étudié, mais qu’en est-il lors de la phase de recréation ? En utilisant les données individuelles de 6.322 entrepreneurs ayant connu une sortie entrepreneuriale (volontaire ou involontaire), ainsi que les données d’experts provenant de 70 pays différents, nous analysons l’impact du Système National en Entrepreneuriat (SNE) sur l’intention de recréer une entreprise. Nos résultats montrent que l’éducation entrepreneuriale ainsi que les normes sociales et culturelles ont une influence positive sur l’intention de récréer et que cette relation positive est plus forte lorsque la sortie est involontaire. Ces entrepreneurs ont le plus besoin de se sentir soutenus par leur environnement pour pouvoir rebondir. En ce qui concerne les politiques et programmes gouvernementaux, ceux-ci jouent aussi un rôle prépondérant sur l’intention de recréer, et ce uniquement dans le cas d’une sortie involontaire. À l’inverse, les infrastructures et le commerce extérieur ont une incidence négative sur l’intention de recréer, quel que soit le type de sortie. |

| Summary, etc. | The role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the phase of business creation is an extensively studied topic. This is not the case of its role during the recreation phase. Using the individual data of 6,322 entrepreneurs having experienced an entrepreneurial exit (voluntary or involuntary), as well as the data of experts from seventy different countries, we analyze the impact of the National System of Entrepreneurship (NSE) on the intention to create a business again. Our results show that entrepreneurial education, as well as social and cultural norms, have a positive influence on the intention to recreate a business, and that this positive relationship is stronger when the exit is involuntary. Most of all, these entrepreneurs need to feel supported by their environment in order to bounce back. With regard to government policies and programs, these also play a major role in the intention to create another new business, but only in the case of an involuntary exit. Conversely, infrastructure and foreign trade have a negative impact on the intention to recreate a business, whatever the type of exit. |
