| Summary, etc. | Les violences au sein du couple sont un problème majeur avec des implications sociales, économiques et des conséquences sur la morbidité et la mortalité. Elles constituent un danger pour la santé maternelle et périnatale multipliant par 1,9 le risque de fausse couche. Le repérage des violences faites aux femmes doit être un outil diagnostique donné aux soignants hospitaliers, en particulier dans les services comme le service de gynécologie-obstétrique, avant de leur permettre une action pénale, judiciaire ou sociale et d’envisager la protection des femmes et des enfants. Raccourcir le délai entre le premier fait de violences commis et la première plainte est un moyen de prévention et de protection efficace largement développé par la Convention signée par le Conseil de l’Europe.Le protocole TRAQUE-VFF du Grand Hôpital de l’Est Francilien (Seine-et-Marne, France) se décline en trois points :former les professionnels soignants (médicaux et non-médicaux) pour le repérage, la prise en charge, l’information et l’orientation des femmes victimes de violences ;faciliter le repérage des victimes de violences faites aux femmes par l’utilisation d’un questionnaire comportant cinq questions portant sur les violences psychologiques, le contrôle par le partenaire, la peur générée par lui, les menaces et violences physiques, les abus sexuels ;apporter aux femmes victimes de violences faites aux femmes une réponse sanitaire, sociale et juridique dans le cadre d’une prise en charge coordonnée avec l’unité médico-judiciaire, le service social, et les associations d’aide aux victimes.Les 303 premiers questionnaires recueillis l’ont été facilement avec une réponse presque toujours dès la première fois (97,7%). Parmi les 296 questionnaires remplis, 34 femmes ont donné au moins une réponse positive soit 11,5%. Parmi les femmes interrogées, 7,26% avaient subi violences psychologiques, 3,96% le contrôle par le partenaire, 5,94% la peur générée par lui, 3,96% les menaces et violences physiques et 1,65% des abus sexuels. Pour presque la moitié des femmes ayant été victimes de violences, celles-ci étaient multiples. Suite à ce repérage et au suivi, 9 femmes sur 30 (30%) ont débuté des actions, souvent multiples (psychologue et juriste, plainte et consultation par un médecin légiste, consultation du service social et recours à un juge pour une action civile. |

Tracking violence against women must be a diagnosis tool given to hospital staff, especially in gynaecology and obstetrics services, before allowing either a penal, judicial or social action and envisaging women and children protection.Shortening the delay between the first committed act of violence and the first complaint offers an effective prevention and protection tool widely developed by the Convention signed by European Council.The so-called TRAQUE-VFF protocol from the Grand Hôpital de l’Est Francilien (Seine-et-Marne, France) acts on three levels:Train the nursing professionals (medical and not medical) for the location, the care), the information and the orientation of the women victims of violence;Facilitate the location otthe victims of violence against women by the use of a questionnaire containing five questions concerning the psychological violence, the control by the partner, the fear generated by him, the threats and the physical violence, the sexual abuses;Bring to the women victims of violence against women a sanitary, social and legal answer within the framework of a coordinated coverage.The first 303 collected questionnaires were it easily with an answer almost always from the first time (97,7%). Among 296 filled questionnaires, 34 women gave at least a positive answer that is 11.5%. Among the questioned women, 7.26% had undergone psychological violence, 3.96% controls by the partner, 5.94% the fear generated by him, 3.96% the threats and the physical violence and 1.65% the sexual abuses.
