Comment favoriser l’engagement des acteurs de l’organisation autour des enjeux du KM, pour qu’ils coopèrent et rendent l’entreprise plus performante ? Notre réflexion croise le champ des Sciences de l’Information et de la Communication, celui de la Gestion et celui de l’Anthropologie afin d’apporter un regard neuf sur les enjeux de l’investissement immatériel. En contribuant à redéfinir une culture d’entreprise, le KM permettrait de générer de la valeur. |
