| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes psychanalystes ont toujours été tentés de rendre compte de l’homosexualité en termes psychopathologiques afin d’en préciser le contexte nosologique. Au fil du temps, la métapsychologie a opéré une ligne de partage entre, d’une part, les homosexualités agies qu’elle conçoit comme des modes de fixation au narcissisme primaire entrant dans le cadre de problématiques pré-œdipiennes, et, d’autre part, l’homosexualité psychique qu’elle comprend comme un mode de fixation au narcissisme secondaire entrant dans le cadre de problématiques œdipiennes. Les travaux les plus récents, portant sur la place du féminin et du masculin dans les deux sexes, sur la valeur de l’attachement libidinal homo-érotique et homo-objectal dans l’homosexualité, sur l’archaïque dans la névrose et sur les préfigurations œdipiennes dans les états-limites ont eu pour effet de complexifier la question de l’homosexualité en psychanalyse en la situant au plus près des subtilités cliniques. Le cas psychothérapique d’un homme présentant une organisation névrotique, des conduites bisexuelles et un investissement d’objet homo-érotique permettra d’argumenter deux points de vue. D’une part, l’homosexualité manifeste n’est pas nécessairement témoin d’une organisation narcissique structurale ou d’une défaillance des capacités de symbolisation. D’autre part, l’homosexualité névrotique ne se réduit pas à une solution régressive devant l’Œdipe et l’hétérosexualité génitale, mais elle est susceptible de mobiliser des fixations pathogènes précoces qui n’en font pas pour autant un cas de figure de pathologie narcissique. Cet article entend ainsi se centrer sur les formes de passage entre homosexualité psychique et agie dans la névrose, c’est-à-dire entre acte-symptôme et conflictualité intra-psychique. Enfin, les théorisations actuelles de l’homosexualité dans la névrose devraient clairement différencier ce qui relève, d’une part des représentations de relation à l’image paternelle prégénitale, telle qu’elle est organisée par le symbole phallique au sein de la triade narcissique du stade anal, et ce qui renvoie, d’autre part aux représentations de relation à l’image paternelle génitale, telle qu’elle est vectorisée par le symbole pénien au sein de la triangulation objectale de l’étape œdipienne. |

| Summary, etc. | There has always been a tendancy among psychoanlysts to account for homosexuality in psychological terms to clarify the nosological context. Theoretical psychology in the course of time has been brought to distinguish between a preoedipian conflict-generating, to a primary form of narcisism-related acted homosexuality and an oedipian-associated, upon secondary forms of narcisism-centered psychic homosexuality. The latest studies about the male and female in man and woman, the sexual meaning of homosexual love and object attachment, archaism in neurosis and the presence of secondary traits-developing forms in border-cases have made the psychoanalytical examination of homosexuality more complex : from now on clinical subtilities can hardly be underestimated. The observation of a therapeutical case in which a patient evidences such characteristics as the working-out of a neurotic organization, a bisexual behaviour and an homosexual form of object attachment helps to develop two views : manifest homosexuality on the one hand does not necessarily imply a narcisistic-structured organization or a failure at symbolization : neurotic homosexuality on the other hand cannot be considered just as a regressive response to Oedipus and genital heterosexuality, but as a focus of early fixated pathological disrupting tendencies that nonetheless cannot be confused with manifestations of narcisistic pathology. This paper concentrates on the analysis of the modes of transfer between psychic homosexuality and acted homosexuality in neurosis, in other words between act as expression of a symptom and the inner psychic conflict. The current explanatory systems of homosexuality in neurosis should clearly distinguish between what belongs on the one side to the pregenital fatherly figure-related representation as signified by the phallic symbolical importance in the narcisistic triad-pattern of the anal stage, on the other side to the genital father-dominated representation as expressed by the phallic symbolical significance in the object-constituting triangular figure of the oedipian stage. |
