Leur retentissement psychologique porte aussi bien sur le sujet lui-même que sur le système familial. La problématique de castration se rejoue. L’identité se redéfinit sur fond de deuils et de renoncements. L’institutionnalisation met en lumière ces pertes et leurs atteintes narcissiques mais peut également se révéler comme le lieu de nouveaux investissements relationnels, sociaux, culturels. |
