| Summary, etc. | L’expérience de groupe menée avec les internes de médecine générale à la Faculté Paris Descartes dans un module nommé « Formation à la relation thérapeutique » a permis de dégager la notion d’ambivalence comme un passage nécessaire au dégagement trop réducteur de la pensée médicale, vers un assouplissement de la relation médecin-malade ; la reconnaissance par le groupe de cette évidence permet une amélioration de l’écoute. La notion d’ambivalence se retrouve au sein de diverses articulations dynamiques. Elle est censée amortir toute forme d’excès et censée faire rebondir tous les mouvements plus ou moins inconscients qui se forment, s’allient, se délient dans un groupe de parole clinique. L’ambivalence permet un dégagement, une expression du négatif, et un recul dans un espace transitionnel où la subjectivation peut s’amorcer et permettre une meilleure approche entre soignant-soigné. |

| Summary, etc. | The group experience conducted with interns of general medicine at the Paris Descartes Faculty in a module called “Training in therapeutic relationships” ( Formation à la relation thérapeutique [ frt]) made it possible to identify the notion of transitional space as a necessary passage from an overly reductive medical way of thinking to greater flexibility in the doctor-patient relationship ; the group’s recognition of this fact leads to improved listening. It is supposed to reduce all forms of excess and to give fresh impetus to all the more or less unconscious movements that are formed, combined, and undone in a clinical discussion group. The transitional space opens up a way forward, an expression of the negative, where subjectivation can begin and facilitate a better approach to the relationship between the carer and the person cared for. It remains that this elaboration of unconscious enactments requires the training and function of a psychoanalyst, who, in addition, acts as a third party who is supposed to bring the doctor/patient duality and, in the teaching of the FRT, the resident doctor/training doctor duality out into the open. |

| Summary, etc. | La experiencia de grupo llevada a cabo con los internos de medicina general en la Facultad Paris Descartes en un módulo llamado “Formación a la relación terapéutica” ha permitido dar lugar a la noción de espacio transicional como un pasaje necesario para despejarse del espacio demasiado reductor del pensamiento médico y flexibilizar la relación médico paciente ; el reconocimiento grupal de esta evidencia permite una mejorar la escucha. Ella supone amortiguar toda forma de exceso y recuperar todos los movimientos más o menos inconscientes que se forman, se alían, se desvinculan en una clínica grupal verbal. El espacio transicional permite una distancia, una expresión de lo negativo, donde la subjetivación puede iniciar y permitir un mejor contacto entre médico y paciente. La elaboración de los “acting” inconscientes requiere una formación y un ejercicio de un psicoanalista que funcione como un tercero, diferenciándose de la dualidad médico paciente y, dentro de la enseñanza de la “Formación a la relación terapéutica”, de la dualidad médico interno, médico formador. |
