| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’innovation sociale est ancrée dans l’histoire de la Franche-Comté. La création de la première fédération régionale des maisons de santé s’inscrit dans cette dynamique. Assurer l’adéquation entre « besoins populationnels » et « souhaits des professionnels » est le défi à relever. Dans ce contexte, les regroupements multi-professionnels apparaissent très intéressants, même si la solution « maison de santé » n’est pas l’unique réponse à proposer. La Fédération des maisons de santé comtoises (Femasac) a donc une place importante pour accompagner des projets de santé et les concrétiser. Les professionnels qui font vivre, actuellement, ces structures peuvent aider leurs pairs dans cette démarche parfois complexe. En effet, beaucoup de médecins et de para-médicaux sont peu rompus aux mécanismes et aux pratiques d’un exercice partagé. Il s’agit de faire émerger le concept sans coller « sa » solution. Cette approche demande des qualités d’écoute, de synthèse et de patience. Passer de l’exercice solitaire à une vie de groupe nécessite des étapes et du temps. Elle impose aux élus ou aux partenaires institutionnels une « temporalité de mûrissement ». C’est une condition sine qua non de réussite. Le rôle de la Femasac est précisément d’assurer ce lien entre, d’une part, les élus et les partenaires institutionnels facilitateurs, et d’autre part, les professionnels de santé qui désirent s’engager dans la mise en œuvre d’un projet d’une maison ou d’un pôle de santé. |

| Summary, etc. | A regional federation of multidisciplinary health houses: some views on the case of Franche-ComtéSocial innovation is firmly rooted in the history of Franche-Comté, and the creation of the first regional federation of health houses is an integral part of this process. The challenge of this initiative is to ensure an appropriate fit between the “needs of the population” and the “demands of health professionals”. Multi-professional groupings appear to be particularly effective in this context, although health houses are not the only solution. The federation of health houses of Franche-Comté (Femasac) has an important role to play in supporting healthcare projects and their effective implementation. The health professionals currently operating in these centers can provide invaluable support to their peers in what is sometimes a rather complex initiative. Many doctors and paramedical workers are unaccustomed to the mechanisms and customs of shared medical practice. The issue is to enable the emergence of the concept without imposing “one’s own” solution. This approach requires good listening skills, an ability for synthetic thought and a modicum of patience. The transition from solitary medical practice to group work needs to be carried out in several stages and requires time, a “temporality of development” on the part of elected representatives and institutional partners. This is, in fact, a sine qua non condition of success. The role of Femasac is precisely to act as the link between elected representatives and enabling institutional partners on the one hand and the health professionals keen to participate in the creation of health house or health center projects on the other. |
